اطلاعات بیش از چهل عضو پیشین گروە دولت اسلامی داعش که اکنون در عفرین عضو نیروهای تحت حمایت ترکیه هستند، امروز توسط مرکز اطلاع رسانی روژآوا منتشر شد.
این اعضا شامل فرماندههای ارشد، فرماندههای گردان، مسئولان عضوگیری و هماهنگکنندههایی میشوند که به صورت مستقیم برای سرویسهای اطلاعاتی ترکیه کار میکنند. این اطلاعات شامل سمت قبلی آنها در گروه داعش، سمت جدید آنها در ائتلاف نیروهای تحت حمایت ترکیه در منطقه عفرین، مکان کنونی آنها، و اطلاعات زندگینامهای میشود و در بعضی موارد عکس اشخاص مربوطه را هم شامل میشود.
بعضی از نامها و تصاویر توسط مرکز اطلاعرسانی روژآوا گرداوری شدهاند و برخی دیگر از اطلاعات، از محققانی که به اطلاعات عمومی دسترسی داشتهاند، ازطریق کانالهای تلگرامی در عفرین به دست آمده، و مابقی را اداره روابط خارجی شمال شرق سوریه در اختیار ما قرار داده است. بخش دیگری نیز از اطلاعات ارائه شده در انجمن بین المللی در باره داعش به دست آمده است.
نامهای آمده در این اطلاعات شاملاسامی زیر میشود: اسماعیل فیراس البار، قبل از اینکه به فرمانده گردان نیروهای تحت حمایت ترکیه در عفرین بدل شود، فرمانده داعش در دیرالزور بود؛ باسیل نیف الشهاب، کسی که بر علیه نیروهای مدافع خلق در کوبانی جنگیده، اکنون فرمانده گردان سلطان مراد در عفرین است. گردان سلطان مراد تحت حمایت تحت حمایت مستقیم دولت ترکیه است؛ و ابو بارا الانصاری یکی دیگر از فرماندهان پیشین داعش در دیرالزور، اکنون فرمانده شبهنظامیان گروه تحت حمایت ترکیه موسوم به احرار الشرقیه است.
در سراسر عفرین گروههایی مانند احرار الشرقیه و گردان سلطان مراد همانند داعش قوانین شریعه را به اجرا در میآورند، اخاذی میکنند، و به کارهایی ھمچون آدم ربایی، قتل، شکنجه، تجاوز و خشونتهای جنسیتی بر علیه جمعیت کورد این مناطق دست میزنند، چنین اعمالی بر اساس قوانین سازمان ملل متحد جنایات جنگی به شمار میآیند.
جوان گارسیا از مرکز اطلاع رسانی روژآوا میگوید:
«این اطلاعات (پایگاه دادهای) تنها جزء کوچکی از عمق رابطه تنگاتنگ ترکیه و داعش را نشان میدهد. تعداد زیادی از فرماندهان و تروریستهای ارشد داعش اکنون آزادانه با عنوان فرماندهان گروھھایی فعالیت می کنند که ترکیه تامین مالی و تسلیحاتی و آموزش نظامی آنها را بر عهده دارد و مستقیماً از جانب دولت ترکیه هدایت میشوند.»
بعضی از این اشخاص مستقیماً با سرویس های اطلاعاتی ترکیه همانند میت کار میکنند، و همگی قسمتی از سلسله مراتب فرماندهی هستند که مستقیماً از آنکارا و مشخصاً از شخص رجب طیب اردوغان دستور میگیرند.
برخی از این افراد بعد از شکست داعش وارد ترکیه شدند و از طریق «بزرگراه جهادیها» از ترکیه دوباره وارد سوریە شدند. دهها هزار جنگجوی جهادی و خانواده آنها قبلاً از طریق این بزرگراه و از خاک ترکیه چه در همکاری آشکار و چه بطور پنهان با دولت ترکیه وارد سوریه شده بودند. در ظاھر ترکیه بخشی از ائتلاف بینالمللی علیه داعش است. اما در حقیقت، یک دولت حامی تروریسم داعش است که از ده ها هزار جنگجوی جهادی حمایت مالی و پشتیبانی میکند، از جمله بسیاری که در گذشته و حال عضو داعش هستند.
