Tensions are increasing between US and Iran, with Washington deploying a navy carrier strike group to the Middle East as it is receiving frequent threatening messages from Iranian authorities.

Saudi’s Foreign Affairs Minister Adel al-Jubeir has declared that his country is not planning any war with Iran, but will defend its own interests.

“We don’t want a war in any way, but at the same time we won’t allow Iran to continue its hostile policies toward the Kingdom,” the Foreign Minister told Reporters early Sunday Morning.
