Some 2436 people in Iran are diagnosed with the new Coronavirus in 24 hours, while thousands more are suspected of carrying the virus, an informed source told Avatoday on Saturday.

Avatoday sources in several prisons across Iran said that the situation inside prisons are critical as detainees suffer from shortage of sanitary supplies. The sources also added that so far, no political detainee have been freed.
Two sources from the city of Khorramabad in Lorestan Province have reported to Avatoday that state agents dressing in nurses’ uniforms visited the hospitals to secretly evacuate bodies of victims of Coronavirus.
A source in Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps confirmed to Avatoday late on Monday that 156 patients with Coronavirus died across Iran in past 24 hours.
