Iran has an agenda to develop new uranium enrichment machines in future, a spokesman for Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization said in a news conference on Saturday.

Announcing the new steps taking by Iran to advance its nuclear program, Behrouz Kamalvandi said, “for the time being, we don’t need it, but developing new types of centrifuges is in our agenda.”

Iran has warned it will take “stronger step” in reducing nuclear deal commitments if the European parties don’t act properly to save the 2015 deal, known as JCPOA.

In May 2018, US president Donald Trump withdrew from Iran’s nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). Tensions have been rising between the two countries since then.
