Israeli warplanes stroke several bases belong to Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) Quds force late Wednesday in Aleppo, UK bases Syrian observatory for Human rights reported.
“Human Rights learned the explosions that rocked the area in Aleppo International Airport and the bases between there and the Industrial City in Sheikh Najjar, were conducted by Israeli raids targeting ammunition warehouses of the Iranian forces,” the report says.
According to the report seven Iranian forces were killed during the raids.
Israeli Prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that Israel will confront Iran’s military buildup in Syria.
“Our activity against Iranian military buildup in Syria continues without any stop,” Netanyahu said, “Iran is constantly trying to enter Syria with long-range missiles and we will not accept that.”
Islamic Republic of Iran has been frequently expressing eager and readiness to destroy the Jewish territory, a stand which further destabilized the region.
Tehran is highly criticized for supporting militia and terrorist groups in the Middle East.
According to Israeli Defense Forces, Jerusalem has been targeting Iranian bases more than 210 times in last year.
