According to reports received by Avatoday, on Monday and Tuesday, December 15 and 16, 2025, four Kurdish citizens from Abdanan in Ilam Province, one of the regions of Iranian Kurdistan, were arrested by forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Intelligence Ministry.
According to the reports, Amirali Heydari, Soheil Pakarzan, Ilya Imani, and Hossein Hajian have been identified as the four detained Kurdish citizens.
As of the time of publication, no information is available regarding their place of detention or their physical condition.
A reliable source told Avatoday that these four Kurdish citizens were arrested without the presentation of a judicial warrant and with the use of violence, and were transferred to an unknown location.
