According to reports received by Avatoday, on Tuesday, July 2nd, Shahi Parvaneh's caravan, one of the detainees of the nationwide protests of 2022, known as the Jina uprising, was charged with "Moharebah" by a court in Urmia city.
Shahi Parvaneh is facing this charge while earlier, the first court acquitted him of this false charge, but in recent days, due to the pressure of the Urmia Intelligence Department, a new court once again summoned this Kurdish citizen on the charge of muharibeh.
It is worth mentioning that the mentioned person along with six other Kurdish citizens from Oshnavieh city were acquitted by the first court, but the pressure of Iran's security organizations caused the mentioned charges to be raised.
It is worth mentioning that the said detainees have been subjected to severe tortures, including the execution of a mock execution scene.
Continued pressure on "Oshnavieh"
According to the report of reliable sources of Avatoday, on Tuesday, July 2, three citizens from Oshnavieh city, named Idris Karsaz, Mohammad Rasulpour and Kamal Aqabi, were arrested by the Iranian security forces at the same time and taken to an unknown place.
Only one day after the arrest of these citizens, two other citizens of Oshnavieh named Salim Zavalqarnain and Saber Zawalqarnain were arrested by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran without providing any evidence from the court and were taken to an unknown place.
Including this, a total of five Kurdish citizens have been arrested by the security forces of Iran in just two days. Until the preparation and publication of this report, no information about the charges or their whereabouts has been provided to their families.
