Batı Kürdistan’da (Rojava) bilgi toplama ve yayma faaliyeti yürüten Navenda Zanyarî ya Rojava[Rojava Bilgi Merkezi (NZR)], Türk devletinin desteklediği ve Afrin’i işgal altında tutan Suriyeli çeteler içerisinde 40’tan fazla terör örgütü DAİŞ mensubu bulunduğunu duyurdu.
Bilgi merkezinin yayınladığı verilere göre bu DAİŞ’liler arasında doğrudan Türk istihbarat servisleriyle birlikte çalışan komutanlar, tugay liderleri, askerler ve koordinatörler var.
Rojava Bilgi Merkezi’nin yayınladığı verilerde, DAİŞ kapsamındaki yeni rolleri gereği Afrin’de Türk devleti destekli çetelerin bir parçası olarak görevlerini sürdüren bu kişilerin mevcut yerleri, biyografik bilgileri, daha önce DAİŞ içerisindeki görevleri ve bu kişilere ait fotoğraflar bulunuyor.
Elde edilen bu bilgilerin Kuzey-Doğu Suriye Dış İlişkiler Bürosu verileri, Rojava’da gerçekleştirilen Uluslar arası DAİŞ Konferansı’nda sunulan araştırma verileri, Afrin’deki çetelere ait telegram kanalları ve DAİŞ terör örgütü ile ilgili araştırma yapan Uluslar arası kurum ve kuruluşların verilerinden toplandığının belirtildiği raporda yer alan bazı isimler ve onlara ait bilgiler şu şekilde:
İsmail Firas el-Abbar:
Türk ordusuyla Afrin’i işgal altında tutan Türk devleti destekli çetede bir tugay lideri olmadan önce, Dêra Zor’da DAİŞ komutanıydı.
Basil Nayef el-Şehab:
Türk devleti destekli Sultan Murad Tugayı’nda komutanlık yapan el-Şehab, DAİŞ’in Kobani’de büyük bir yenilgi aldığı saldırısı döneminde DAİŞ komutanıydı. Afrin’in işgal harekâtında yer alan el-Şehab, Kobani saldırısında da bulunmuş.
Ebu Bara el-Nasiri:
Afrin işgalinde yer alan Ebu Bara el-Nasıri, DAİŞ’in Dêra Zor bölgesi komutanlarındandı. El-Nasiri şimdi Türk devletinin her türlü desteklediği Ahrar el-Sharqiya milis grubu komutanı.
DAİŞ terör örgütü gibi şeriat yasalarını savunan ve şu an Afrin’deki işgal güçlerinin bir parçası olan Ahrar el-Şarqiya ve Sultan Murad Tugayı, insan kaçırma, öldürme, işkence, tecavüz ve cinsiyete dayalı şiddet gibi savaş suçu kapsamına giren suçları işledikleri gerekçesiyle Birleşmiş Milletler’in (BM) savaş suçu işlemiş gruplar kategorisinde yer alıyor.
Erdoğan’a ulaşan emir-komuta zincirinin parçası
Rojava Bilgi Merkezi araştırmacısı Ciwan Garcia raporla ilgili şunları söylüyor: Bu veri tabanı, Türkiye’nin DAİŞ’le birleşmesinin derinliğini ve kapsamını göstermektedir. Birçok tanınmış DAİŞ komutanı ve savaşçısı, şimdi Türkiye tarafından finanse edilen, silahlandırılan, eğitilen ve kontrol edilen milislerin komutanları olarak açıkça çalışıyor.
Bu kişilerin bir kısmı, Türk istihbarat servisi (MİT) ile doğrudan işbirliği içinde çalışmaktadır ve diğer tümü doğrudan Ankara'ya ve Türk Cumhurbaşkanı Reccep Tayip Erdoğan'a ulaşan bir emir komuta zincirinin bir parçası.
DAİŞ yenildikten sonra binlerce DAİŞ’li aileleriyle birlikte Türkiye'ye geçti. Bu DAİŞ’li teröristlerin birçoğu, Afrin işgali harekatında Türkiye eliyle tekrar Suriye’ye gönderildi.
Türkiye, siyasi olarak DAİŞ karşıtı Uluslar arası Koalisyon’un bir parçası; ancak gerçekte DAİŞ’e maddi manevi destek veren en büyük sponsor devlet.
Rojava Bilgi Merkezi, Rojava ve Doğu Suriye’den Kürdistan ve dünya gazetecilerine, araştırmacılarına ve kamuoyuna, doğru, sağlam ve şeffaf bilgi aktarımını hedefleyen bir kuruluş.
