The forces of the United States Army Central Command, CENTCOM, announced on Wednesday afternoon, July 15, that their forces, starting from 6:00 AM Eastern Time, have launched another wave of attacks against Iran.

The CENTCOM statement noted that these attacks are being carried out with the aim of further weakening Iran’s military capabilities to attack commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

The US President, Donald Trump, told Fox News Channel’s "Special Report" program on Wednesday, July 15, that the current round of attacks on Iran "will continue as long as I say."

He emphasized, If Tehran does not accept the agreement, he will expand the attacks to Iran's power plants and bridges next week. Mr. Trump said: "Next week, their situation will get really bad; because it will be the power plants' turn; it will be the bridges' turn."

In this regard, the public relations of the terrorist Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran announced that the US missile attack on the 388th Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Iranian Army's Ground Forces in Bampur County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, left "seven dead" and several wounded.

According to this report, in this attack, which occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, July 15, the "barracks, guesthouse, and guard posts" in this garrison were targeted. The Army statement identified these seven individuals as cadre personnel and conscript soldiers, and wrote that "13 missiles" were fired at this garrison.

Nevertheless, local sources on social media reported the occurrence of several explosions in this garrison and wrote that the probability of the casualty and injury toll rising in this attack is high. Official sources usually do not refer to the statistics of military personnel killed during US and Israeli attacks.

Haalvsh, a news website covering Sistan and Baluchestan news, quoting local sources, reported "the transfer of at least 15 wounded to the hospital and the probability of more than 10 military personnel being killed." Haalvsh wrote: "According to witnesses, the intensity of the explosions was to such an extent that some of the deceased suffered severe bodily injuries." In contrast, the Aftab News website, quoting local sources in Iranshahr, reported "the injury of at least 50 people."
