U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday, June 24, that Iran is making significant concessions in the ongoing negotiations and is agreeing to his demands.

"Iran is giving a lot of concessions, and we are winning by a wide margin," Trump said.

Without providing further details, he told reporters: "We'll see what happens."

Hours later, after meeting with Republican lawmakers, Trump again commented on Iran.

"Iran is behaving very well," he said. "They are agreeing to everything I want, and they have to do it. Otherwise, we will come back and do whatever is necessary."

His remarks appeared to suggest the possibility of renewed military action against Iran.

Earlier in the day, Trump told Fox News that American inspectors, alongside inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), would visit Iran's nuclear facilities.

Responding to statements by Iranian officials rejecting inspections by the Agency, Trump said: "They agree to something, they put it in writing, and then they go out and say that's not correct."

The U.S. president once again emphasized that the Islamic Republic has agreed to inspections by IAEA inspectors.

Since the United States and Israel struck the nuclear facilities at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, officials of the Islamic Republic have prevented IAEA inspectors from accessing those sites.
