The Kurdish opposition party, PJAK, which is known as the Iranian branch of PKK, claimed the responsibility, but no causalities were reported from their side.

The Islamic Republic’s official websites blamed the Kurdish Democratic opposition party based in Iraq for today’s clash. The Democratic party which had several similar clashes with the Iranian forces since the last year, has refused any involvement in the recent fight.

The causalities are reportedly local forces mostly from Sanandaj, Mariwan and Qorveh who were members of the revolutionary guards.

A video received by Avatoday late on Saturday shows Iranian forces transferring the bodies from the clash scenes.
