Conservatives are the winners of Iran’s parliamentary election as expected with them gaining 195 out of 253 seats, Iran’s election committee said.

Most Iranians boycotted the parliamentary election as dissatisfaction with the regime rises.

Videos published on social media showed Iranian regimes’ fear of low turnout became real as voting stations for parliamentary election on Friday were noticeably empty.

Cases of electoral fraud and violations were also reported by some news agency including Iran International news outlet.

Some 58 million Iranians out of 83 million were eligible to vote for parliamentary election on Friday.
