Ankara is fully complied with Washington over Iran, despite its frequent criticism of US sanctions against Tehran, Reuters reported.

Turkey has allegedly closed its ports to Iranian oils as six months of US exemption ended.

The United States announced last month that all importers of Iranian oil will have to end their imports shortly or would be subject to US sanctions.

Turkish companies have made it clear that if trade with Iran is not granted, they would not risk their business by importing from Iran.

International firms will be cut off from global finance system-sources if violating the sanctions.

Earlier, two Chinese state-owned oil companies have also stopped imports from Iran for May as US ended sanction waivers to increase pressure on Tehran
