A clash between an armed Baluch group and members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps killed and injured several Baluch citizens and Iranian forces in Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan province, Rasanak news agency reported.
According to the report, the brutal clash erupted in the village of Hamiri in Qasr-e Qand. This led to the death of a number of Baluch citizens and the regime's military and security forces.
The conflict reportedly started at 4 am on Friday in a residential area. The exact number of casualties remained unknown.
Helicopters were flying over the region and heavy weapons were used by the Islamic Republic's forces in this conflict, eyewitnesses told the agency.
